Sometimes it's fun to do a card without any stamping. Only sometimes :). Here is a cute one though!

Textured Impressions Embossing Folder - Perfect Polka Dots
Punches - Decorative Label, Cupcake Builder
Ribbon - Pool Party 3/8" Ruffled
Crystal Effects
Re-Inker - Whisper White craft
In order to make the frosting effect on the top of the cupcake you use a little of Crystal Effects mixed with a little of the craft Whisper White Re-Inker. Then you use a brush and brush it on. When it was still a little wet the cherry was dropped on it to hold it down. Such a cute effect, don't you think!
